PostNL Letterbox Parcel

Standard
  • Bring yourself (or your customer for returns) to a Post Office or PostNL Service Point
  • Delivered in a letterbox at a business or residential address from Tuesday through Saturday
  • The shipping label is valid for 3 business days. After this, PostNL charges a surcharge
  • Maximum weight of 2 kilograms
  • Maximum dimensions 38 x 26 x 3 cm per parcel
  • Maximum girth measurement (1x length plus 2x width plus 2x height) of 98 cm
  • Limited track-and-trace and no option to trace the parcel
  • Each parcel is sent as letter mail (no compensation for loss and theft)
Extra Options
  • Direct delivery to a PostNL Service Point
  • Pick up shipments at a business location (upon request)

Postnl standard

Standard
  • Drop off at a Post Office, Service Point, or P.O. box (also for returns)
  • Delivered to business, residential, or P.O. box address (Mon–Sat)
  • Shipping label valid for 3 business days; after that, a surcharge applies
  • Max weight: 23 kg; min dimensions: 10 x 10 x 1 cm, max: 100 x 70 x 58 cm; max girth: 356 cm
  • Full Track & Trace; AVC terms apply

Extra options
  • Signature on delivery, extra insurance
  • Delivery by 10:00, 12:00, or 17:00, or evening delivery
  • Direct delivery to Service Point, Post Office, or P.O. box
  • Pickup at your business (on request)

Postnl non-Europe

Standard
  • Bring yourself (or your customer for returns) to a Post Office or PostNL Service Point

  • Free signature on delivery. The shipment can be tracked via track-and-trace
  • Maximum weight of 20 kilograms
  • Minimum dimensions 10 x 10 x 1 cm and maximum 100 x 70 x 50 cm per parcel
  • Maximum girth measurement (1x length plus 2x width plus 2x height) of 300 cm
  • Transport conditions in accordance with CMR terms and conditions
Extra Options
  • Direct delivery to a Post Point or Post Office
  • Pick up shipments at a business location (upon request)
  • Shipments that require extra handling
  • Shipments up to a maximum of 150 x 70 x 50 cm

Bulk Mail

Standard
  • Shipping label with Postage Paid logo
  • Without track-and-trace option
  • Bring yourself to a Post Office or PostNL Service Point
  • Payment at PostNL location

We can import these orders just like a regular parcel from your shop or marketplace, and we update the status in the shop or marketplace afterwards.

  • Priority Letterbox Packet non-tracked (Product code 6440)

Pickup without hassle

Take advantage of PostNL’s pickup service on business days, or drop your shipments off at a Post Office, Parcel Point, Service Point, or Business Counter.
Last-minute shipment? No problem. Quickly arrange an extra late pickup by courier to prevent delays and disappointment for your customers.
Wuunder can schedule your (daily) pickups in several flexible ways. So your parcels are always on the move, right on time. 

Shipping with PostNL within the Netherlands

Wuunder offers full contract integration with PostNL in the Netherlands and Belgium. We can automatically book your shipments, and arrange either ad-hoc pickup runs or regular pickups with PostNL’s Collection service or another courier, as needed.

Give your customers maximum freedom of choice

PostNL notifies the recipient by email about the upcoming delivery of the parcel. Via the link in the email, the recipient can choose both a specific PostNL parcel shop and a time slot themselves.

Create extra security in your delivery process

Take control of your deliveries and add more oversight and peace of mind. With PostNL, you can insure your shipments up to €5,500 for loss or damage, and choose secure delivery options like direct delivery only to a specific home address. Avoid unnecessary costs in your business and keep in mind the maximum validity period of three business days for your shipping labels when processing your orders.

Build confidence in successful delivery

Always include the company name, contact person, phone number, and email address on the shipment and reduce the number of return shipments caused by the driver being unable to deliver your shipment to the final destination for any reason.
