Standard
- Bring yourself (or your customer for returns) to a Post Office or PostNL Service Point
- Delivered in a letterbox at a business or residential address from Tuesday through Saturday
- The shipping label is valid for 3 business days. After this, PostNL charges a surcharge
- Maximum weight of 2 kilograms
- Maximum dimensions 38 x 26 x 3 cm per parcel
- Maximum girth measurement (1x length plus 2x width plus 2x height) of 98 cm
- Limited track-and-trace and no option to trace the parcel
- Each parcel is sent as letter mail (no compensation for loss and theft)

- Direct delivery to a PostNL Service Point
- Pick up shipments at a business location (upon request)
