What are the maximum dimensions and weights I can send?

Maximum dimensions

The maximum dimensions for a large parcel or pallet are 240cm x 200cm x 100cm. When these are exceeded, the carrier often charges a surcharge. This can also apply if the shape, nature, or packaging of the parcel deviates to the point that it cannot be automatically sorted. Should this be the case, we will pass this surcharge on to our customers.

Maximum weights

The maximum weight for parcels is 31.5 kg, for pallets, the maximum is 1,000 kg. For shipments weighing 31.5 kg or more, we advise using a pallet for easier transportation. When the carrier has to place the shipment on a pallet themselves, this can result in extra costs or the shipment may even be refused.
