How it works

The Parcel Radar map of the Netherlands shows parcel delays per province using a colour scale: darkest green represents 0% delay, through to black, which indicates over 30% delay.

  • We count a parcel as delayed when it hasn't been delivered on the scheduled date
  • Collections, Parcel Shop deliveries, and issues related to the sender or recipient aren't included in delay calculations
  • Figures are based on shipments from the Netherlands' largest carriers
