Data from applicants for employee or for hire as specialists or consultants, which we collect are names, email addresses, phone numbers and the information provided in a curriculum vitae. Some of the data collected by Wuunder consists of data relating to an identifiable individual (“Personal Data”).
Wuunder collects, stores, uses or processes otherwise material data about each shipment we handle so that we can deliver those shipments efficiently and in accordance with customer expectations. Wuunder uses data about its customers, their shipments and their shipping and/or receiving profile to provide or improve the services we offer to our customers, to inform our customers of additional services that may be of interest, to pursue our legitimate business interests (including conducting trend analysis and market studies), to set prices, to establish credit, to bill, and to comply with government regulations applicable to us or our subsidiaries.

- To carry out the service offered and thus the agreement: to send and receive documents, parcels and pallets efficiently, conveniently and personally.
- Being able to track every shipment by sender, receiver and Wuunder’s customer service department in order to recognize any issues early and take timely action, completely relieving sender and receiver (not having to worry about it).
- Allowing sender and receiver to easily communicate about the shipment through the platform, with each other, with Wuunder’s customer service department and with the transportation parties.

- For, among other things, but not exclusively, recruitment of employees and hiring of consultants and specialists.
The above data processing operations may also be justified if the data subject has given consent to this data processing. This consent may be withdrawn at any time. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of personal data processed prior to the revocation. Wuunder shall at all times ensure that any data processing complies with a legitimate purpose. Furthermore, Wuunder always includes the requirements of proportionality and subsidiarity in its processing of Personal Data.
While we collect and use data about our customers, we may use subcontractors to process that data for the purposes mentioned in the previous paragraph. For example, we cooperate with partners in the areas of IT services and logistics (including transport companies such as PostNL and DHL). However, Wuunder only transfers your data if this is permitted under European data protection legislation. In addition, we may ask our subsidiaries to process the data, for those purposes, on our behalf. These suppliers and/or subsidiaries must keep this data confidential and may not use the data for any other purpose. In addition, as we expand our business, we may buy or sell subsidiaries or business units. As part of these transactions, data of the subsidiaries’ or business units’ customers may be part of the transferred business assets. We continuously monitor compliance with the provisions of applicable local laws and regulations by third-party processors, such as suppliers and subcontractors, of Personal Data in our possession.
For the delivery of shipments, Wuunder cooperates with external transport companies. These carriers receive only the necessary data to process the shipment and deliver the package to you. For more information on the carrier’s use of your data, please refer to the privacy statement on the website of the respective carrier. The logistics partner is involved in the delivery to you as an independently responsible party. However, in order to provide customers with optimal service, Wuunder tracks each order on behalf of the shipper and we forward the carrier’s most important emails about the delivery of your package to you.
When processing personal data, Wuunder adheres to the rules prescribed by privacy legislation. This means that we only collect and process personal data if there is a basis and purpose for doing so. Only the personal data that are necessary are collected and the personal data are then processed only for that specific purpose. In doing so, we keep the nature of the personal data in mind and adjust an appropriate technical and organizational level of security accordingly. You can therefore rest assured that we handle personal data carefully, securely and confidentially.

However, some of the data we collect may be transferred to or stored at a destination outside the EEA, for example because one of our third party service providers is located there.
