What goods can I ship?

Special contents
  • Perishable products, plants, (living) animals, human organs, or bodily remains
  • Payment instruments such as money, coins, securities, gift and/or value vouchers, admission tickets, or payment cards
  • Contents with special value, such as jewelry, gemstones, precious metals, pearls, artworks, furs, carpets, manuscripts, valuable documents, data carriers with unique data and images
  • Buckets, cans, jerry cans, or fragile contents (such as glass, ceramics, hard plastic, cast iron, and earthenware)
  • Personal luggage
  • White goods, washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, etc.
Prohibited goods
  • Goods such as tobacco and tobacco products, alcohol, perfumes, medicines, narcotics, ivory, weapons, and ammunition
  • Goods that may be considered offensive, such as pornography
  • Goods that may not be shipped according to national and international legislation
  • Goods that require special facilities, security measures, or permits
Dangerous substances
  • Substances such as chemicals, paint, fireworks, flammable substances, fire extinguishers, magnets, dry ice, batteries, and accumulators
  • Substances and objects with explosion hazard
  • Gases that are compressed, liquefied, or dissolved under pressure
  • Flammable liquids and solids
  • Substances liable to spontaneous combustion
  • Substances that develop flammable gases when in contact with water
  • Substances that promote combustion
  • Organic peroxides and toxic substances
  • Corrosive substances and substances that can cause infections
  • All other substances that may be dangerous to humans or the environment
