Ready to automate your checkout & shipping process?
We'll show you how Wuunder can change your checkout and daily operations. In the call we'll discuss how to Increase conversion and save costs.
Q: Can I use my own TNT contract?
A: Yes. Use your own contract. Express carriers are not available through our Resell partners.
Q: Which countries does TNT deliver to?
A: TNT operates its own road and air network across all of Europe and virtually every country beyond. Particularly strong for B2B shipments within the EU. Notably, TNT also transports pallets via their express network.
Q: Can I combine TNT with other carriers?
A: Yes. Connect TNT in Wuunder alongside DHL Express, FedEx, UPS and other carriers. Based on your rules, the system automatically picks the fastest or most cost-effective express option per shipment.
Q: Can I show TNT rates in my checkout?
A: Yes. Wuunder Checkout displays live TNT rates including surcharges for fuel, customs duties, and dimensions, so your customer sees the total price at checkout.
Q: Can I show TNT delivery times in my checkout?
A: Yes. With Wuunder Checkout your customer picks a preferred delivery day. We calculate delivery time based on your order processing speed and public holidays. For FedEx pickup points we show distance and opening hours.
Q: Can I use TNT in combination with PuzzlPack?
A: Yes. PuzzlPack calculates the exact dimensions and weight of the shipment in your checkout or during your warehouse process. Especially useful for express shipments, because the smaller the packaging, the lower the price.
Q: If I use TNT on an ad-hoc basis, how is collection arranged?
A: Wuunder books the pickup automatically as soon as you create a label. TNT collects with their own drivers, often the same business day.
Q: How do I track TNT shipments?
A: TNT provides detailed tracking through their own network. Via Wuunder Track you and your customers receive automatic updates at collection, customs clearance, in-transit, and delivery. Connect this via API to your customer service tool or WMS.
Q: Can I handle returns via TNT?
A: Yes. TNT does not have parcelshops but customers can drop off return parcels at a FedEx location. FedEx bought TNT in 2016 and there networks are merged together. The FedEx parcelshops are not available in every country. Through Wuunder Returns you offer customers a branded return portal where they can also exchange instead of return, helping you retain revenue.
