Live DHL rates at checkout
Magento is one of the platforms where Wuunder Checkout fetches rates in real time. As soon as your customer enters a postcode, they see the current DHL price and expected delivery day, with virtually all surcharges included. Customers can also choose a specific delivery day.

DHL ServicePoints and lockers at checkout
DHL has more than 5,000 ServicePoints in the Netherlands and more than 150,000 across Europe, including lockers that are often open around the clock (source: dhlecommerce.nl). With the Parcelshop Locator your customer picks a point on the map, alongside points from other carriers you offer. PuzzlPack calculates upfront whether the parcel fits in a locker, so customers only see points that work.

Your own DHL contract or our Resell partners
With your own DHL eCommerce contract (agreed directly with DHL), you choose the preset rates in Wuunder or enter your own personal rates. You then see the exact prices you agreed with DHL and can check your DHL invoice. We activate it together: contact our team.
No contract of your own? Then you ship with DHL through our Resell partners, at the standard rates already in the carrier library. This applies to shipments from the Netherlands.
Warehouses in several countries
Running your Magento store with stock in more than one country? Each DHL organisation covers its own country of departure: DHL eCommerce for the Netherlands, DHL Belgium for Belgium and DHL Germany for Germany, with your own contract for the last two. You connect all three in the same Wuunder account, so every storefront or warehouse ships with the right DHL organisation.
How to set it up
Parcels and pallets from one integration
DHL eCommerce carries parcels and pallets and collects both in one pickup. Within the Benelux, pallets are delivered the next working day and DHL takes empty Euro pallets straight back (source: dhlecommerce.nl). In Wuunder you book DHL Europlus Pallet from the same Magento order as your parcels. If an order outgrows DHL, compare other carriers for pallet shipping in Wuunder.
