Through Wuunder, you connect Mondial Relay to your shipping operations and offer customers an affordable delivery option at a nearby Point Relais. Rates and delivery times are displayed automatically in our portal or via API.

A: Mondial Relay does not offer on-demand pickup automation. You can only use them on a daily basis (scheduled collection) or arrange pickups on specific days. This must be agreed with Mondial Relay in advance. Contact us if you need help setting this up.
Q: Can I track Mondial Relay shipments?
A: Just like any carrier delivering to business or residential addresses, you can track Mondial Relay parcels through detailed track & trace status updates. Your customers automatically receive delivery notifications when their parcel is ready for collection at the pickup point.
