A: Z-Points are staffed pickup locations in shops with personal service. Z-Boxes are unmanned parcel lockers available 24/7, opened via the Packeta app. Z-Boxes have a limit of 15 kg and max 41×38×64 cm, Z-Points accept up to 20 kg.
Q: Can I show Packeta locations in my checkout?
A: Yes. The Wuunder Parcel Shop Locator displays Z-Boxes and Z-Points by postcode. Locations where the parcel doesn't fit are filtered out (PuzzlPack).
Q: How do I track Packeta shipments?
A: Packeta offers tracking via the Packeta app with status updates in the local language of the destination country. In Wuunder Track you combine Packeta updates with your other carriers.
