Well-prepared without extra delivery time
Stay on top of DPD’s maximum parcel size and weight requirements to reduce costs and ensure smooth deliveries.
Use special stickers for parcels over 20 kg. This helps make heavier parcels more visible in DPD's operation. Request them via this form.
Preferably place the sticker next to the shipping label and/or on a corner of the parcel, so that it is visible from multiple sides.

DPD combines speed with flexibility through its Predict service: recipients receive a 1-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery and can reschedule to another day, a neighbor's address, or a DPD Parcelshop.
Delivery runs Monday through Friday, with Saturday delivery in the Benelux and Germany. Every parcel is insured up to €520 across Europe as standard.
