Well-prepared: DPD dimensions and weights
DPD applies different limits per service for dimensions, weight and girth. Exceed the standard specs? A Non-Standard Parcel (NSP) surcharge applies.
For parcels above 20 kg, use the DPD heavy-sticker (request via this form). Place the sticker next to the shipping label or on a corner of the parcel so it is visible from multiple sides.

DPD delivers Monday through Friday to business and residential addresses. In the Benelux and Germany, DPD also delivers to consumers on Saturdays at no extra cost.
With DPD Predict, your customer receives a notification on the morning of the delivery day with a 1-hour delivery window. If the time does not suit them, the recipient can easily change the day, redirect to a neighbour or choose pickup at a DPD Parcelshop via the link in the email.
