Ship with DPD

DPD gives you the flexibility to send larger or heavier parcels beyond standard limits. Within the DPD Classic & Home service, parcels longer than 175 cm, with a girth over 300 cm, or weighing more than 31.5 kg can still be shipped. DPD Express also supports extended formats for parcels longer than 150 cm.

• Benefit from DPD's free pickup service on business days. Sending more than 300 shipments per month? DPD will pick up at an agreed time.
• You can also drop off your shipments at a nearby DPD Parcelshop. With over 120,000 parcel points across Europe, there's always one nearby.
• Do you have a last-minute shipment? No problem. Arrange an extra late pickup via courier in no time and prevent delays and disappointed customers. DPD offers a unique "Pickup request" service for small businesses and individuals, where the driver collects packages from your home address. Customers receive a reminder email one business day in advance, and on the morning of pickup, they receive notification with a 1-hour time window for collection.

Wuunder has contracts and integrations with the following DPD countries, where we can automatically book and arrange pickups for your shipments: Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and Poland. In all other countries, shipments can be dropped off at a DPD Parcelshop or picked up at a business or private address via a Collection request. With a Collection request, the driver prints the shipping label for the customer and takes it along during pickup. Please note: services may vary in countries outside the Netherlands.

With DPD Predict, recipients know the exact 1-hour delivery window on the day of delivery, sent via SMS or email. If the initial delivery time doesn’t fit, customers can easily reschedule for another day, redirect to a neighbor, pickup point, or grant permission to leave the parcel unattended. Live tracking updates allow full control for each delivery, minimizing missed parcels and maximizing convenience.

DPD automatically insures parcels throughout Europe up to €520 as standard, with options for supplementary coverage on higher-value items.

Always include the company name, contact person, telephone number, and email address on the shipment to reduce the number of return shipments caused by the driver being unable to deliver your shipment to the final destination for any reason. This is convenient, because you remain responsible for the product until your customer has actually received the package.
