A: Because Asendia uses both postal and parcel networks from local specialists, you can ship to virtually any country in the world.
Q: Can I show Asendia rates in my checkout?
A: Yes. With Wuunder Checkout you display real-time Asendia rates and delivery times to your customers at checkout. Rates account for surcharges such as customs duties, fuel, length, or weight.
Q: If I use Asendia on an ad-hoc basis, how do I arrange collection?
A: When you create a shipping label, you need to arrange collection through Asendia's web portal. Pickup is handled by a third party. If you ship daily, you can make collection agreements directly with Asendia or bring shipments to their sorting centre yourself.
Q: Can I show Asendia delivery times in my checkout?
A: Yes. With Wuunder Checkout you can let customers choose a specific delivery day. Since Asendia uses local networks, delivery on a specific day outside Europe is not recommended. We take into account your order processing speed and national holidays.
Q: How do I track Asendia shipments?
A: Via Wuunder Track you see all statuses in real-time and automatically notify customers of delays or delivery. This data can be used via API in your customer service software or WMS. Asendia's postal services cannot be tracked via Track & Trace.
Q: Will I receive compensation if a shipment is lost?
A: Because Asendia offers both postal and parcel solutions and does not operate its own delivery network with drivers, claiming damages is not always possible. Asendia does offer additional insurance to reduce this risk.
Q: Return solutions via Asendia?
A: The advantage of Asendia is their partnerships with various postal and parcel carriers. In virtually every country, it's possible to return shipments through the usual carriers that operate many parcel shops. Use Wuunder Returns to enable your customers to exchange shipments so you retain revenue.
