Your Black Friday bottlenecks don't start in the warehouse—they start at checkout
Optimise your DHL Poland checkout

DHL Poland in your checkout

Shipping to Polish customers with DHL Poland (DHL eCommerce Polska)? With Wuunder Checkout, your customer picks a DHL POP point at checkout. DHL has 24,000 of them across Poland, from petrol stations and local shops to kiosks, many open in the evening and at weekends.

Wuunder puts the DHL POP points straight into your webshop, next to the pickup options of other carriers. So your customer sees in one overview where the parcel can be collected.

Use your own DHL Poland contract

DHL Poland runs on your own contract: an agreement you sign directly with DHL eCommerce Polska, at your own rates. According to DHL, a standard transport contract is enough for delivery to POP points, no extra annex needed. Already have a contract? Contact our team and we add the DHL POP points to your checkout.

With Wuunder, DHL Poland runs through the checkout only: your customer picks the point, and you book the shipment itself outside Wuunder. Want labels and tracking from one platform in Poland too? Use DPD Poland. InPost parcel lockers sit in the same checkout.

Create extra security in your delivery process

With delivery to a DHL POP point, the parcel waits at a fixed location instead of on a doorstep. Your customer collects it with a personal PIN, so the shipment is more likely to reach the right recipient.

FAQ

Q: What is the difference between DHL Poland and DHL in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany?

A: DHL Poland is the DHL eCommerce Polska network, which you use on your own Polish contract and, with Wuunder, show in your checkout only. With DHL you ship within and from the Netherlands, with DHL Belgium from Belgium and with DHL Germany from Germany.

Q: Can I create DHL Poland labels with Wuunder?

A: No, Wuunder only shows the DHL POP points in your checkout and you book the shipment with DHL yourself. Want labels and tracking in Poland through Wuunder? Then ship with, for example, DPD Poland.

Q: How many pickup points does DHL have in Poland?

A: 24,000 DHL POP points (source: dhl.com). Your customer picks one via the Parcel Shop Locator in your checkout, see also pickup point delivery.

Q: What is the difference between DHL Poland and DHL Express?

A: DHL Poland (DHL eCommerce Polska) delivers parcels within Poland, for example to a POP point. DHL Express is a separate network with its own contract for urgent shipments worldwide.

Q: Which other pickup options can I show in Poland?

A: Next to DHL POP, you show the Paczkomaty parcel lockers of InPost in the same checkout. Your customer then chooses between a staffed point and a locker.
