Recipients receive a notification when their parcel is ready and open the locker contactlessly via the Evri app.

Q: How does my customer use an Evri locker?
A: The recipient receives a notification via the Evri app when the parcel has been delivered. The locker opens contactlessly via the app, no code or key required. The parcel stays available until the indicated pickup deadline.
