Troostwijk & BVA Auctions integration: orders imported automatically

Selling machinery, tools or business inventory on Troostwijk Auctions, part of TBAuctions since its merger with BVA Auctions, and delivering the lots to buyers yourself, for example in a delivery auction? With a ready-made integration, Wuunder imports your sold lots automatically as orders from Troostwijk's auction platform, buyer address included. You book the label, and the tracking flows straight back to the auction.

Your buyer can see where their purchase is, and you keep every shipment in one overview.

How the Troostwijk Auctions integration works

Four steps sit between the final bid and delivery. Only at the third do you decide how much control you want.

Step 1: Your lot is sold. After the auction, Troostwijk sets your buyer's order ready for processing.

Step 2: Wuunder imports the orders. A direct connection with Troostwijk's auction platform imports your sold lots into MyWuunder automatically as orders, with the buyer's address and the lot number.

Step 3: Book straight away or edit first. With import rules, Wuunder books every incoming lot directly and automatically with the right service. Want more control? Bulk-book the imported lots yourself, or edit them first (weight or service, for example) and then bulk-book.

Step 4: Tracking goes back to Troostwijk. Wuunder sends the shipping details back to the auction platform, so the lot status updates and your buyer can follow the shipment.

Shipping Troostwijk Auctions lots: what the integration handles

A ready-made connection with Troostwijk's auction platform, with no custom development on your side:

  • Orders imported into MyWuunder automatically as soon as Troostwijk sets a lot ready for processing
  • The buyer's address and lot number on every shipment
  • Book labels with your own carriers, in the country you ship from
  • Tracking pushed back to Troostwijk automatically, so the lot status updates
  • All shipments in one overview, alongside orders from your other channels
  • Book and print every lot from an auction in one go, packing slip included
  • Pickups requested automatically if you have no regular pickup
  • Tracking emails to your buyer in your own branding
  • No webshop or developer needed

From closed auction to loaded dock

When a Troostwijk auction closes, every won lot lands on your desk at once. Here's how you clear that pile in MyWuunder without opening a single label by hand:

1. Filter and book in bulk

Filter on Troostwijk as the import source, select everything and book with your preferred service. If a lot is missing something, like a weight or dimension, you only complete that one.

2. Print whatever is pending

One click prints every label, packing slip and commercial invoice not yet printed. With 1-click printing, each document goes to the right printer: labels to your Zebra (ZPL) or PDF printer, packing slips to your office printer.

3. Pack with Scan & Print

Put the packing slip with the lot, pack it and scan the barcode: the matching label comes out. The packing slip shows the order line description, so with the lot number in it your warehouse knows exactly which lot goes in which box. A label only prints once, even for lots split over several parcels, so a machine in three boxes gets exactly three labels.

4. Sign off with the driver

Print a handover list per carrier and pickup address. The driver signs it, and you have proof of which lots left the building.

Pickups without picking up the phone

You don't drop off an 80 kg lot at a service point on your way home. Without a regular pickup arrangement, Wuunder automatically lines up a pickup request with every booking, for carriers that support it. Already have a carrier coming by on fixed days? Wuunder works with that schedule and no extra trip is requested.

Rather hand in small lots yourself? Book them as drop-off and no pickup is requested. See which carriers offer ad-hoc pickups on each carrier page.

Your buyer hears it from you

The lot status lives on Troostwijk, but a buyer waiting for a machine wants more than a status line.

Your own tracking emails

Send buyers emails with your own logo, branding and language, including a link to follow the shipment. They know straight away who the parcel or pallet is from.

Labels ready, buyers still relaxed

Switch off the carrier's emails and your buyer only hears something once their lot has actually left. You can create labels for a whole auction and pack lots ahead that ship later, without questions about why the parcel isn't moving yet. With Wuunder Track, you get up to 70% fewer "where's my parcel?" questions.

Selling on Troostwijk Auctions without a webshop

Most shipping integrations assume you run a webshop. When you sell at auction, you often don't: your orders are created in the auction itself. That's why the Troostwijk integration works without one. Your Wuunder account links directly to your seller account at Troostwijk, based on your own company ID.

Your own carriers, across Europe

The right carrier depends on what you sell: a box of tools ships differently from a heavy machine.

Your own contract

Already have a contract directly with a carrier? Book through Wuunder at your own transport rates. See which carriers you can connect, in the country you ship from and across Europe.

Compare before you book

Not sure which option fits a lot? Put the carriers side by side with shipping cost comparison and pick the one that suits the size, weight and destination.

Shipping heavy Troostwijk lots and pallets

Not every lot fits in a box. Industrial auction lots are often machinery, tool chests or full batches on pallets. That's why Wuunder lets you book pallet and freight shipments as well as parcels, with your own carriers. Ship a box of hand tools and a pallet of spare parts from the same auction, all from one screen.

Kind of lot For example Shippingmethod
Compact, up to around 30 kg Hand tools, spare parts, measuring equipment As a parcel
Heavy or unpacked Machinery, batches of material, farm parts On a pallet
Indoor inventory Office and canteen furniture With two-person delivery

About Troostwijk Auctions

Troostwijk Auctions runs online industrial auctions, from agricultural machinery and vehicles to complete business inventories. Wuunder has worked with this auction platform for years: the integration started with BVA Auctions. In 2018, BVA and Troostwijk (founded in 1930) merged to form TBAuctions, and BVA has since been folded into Troostwijk Auctions. Troostwijk is part of TBAuctions, which describes itself as Europe's leading digital B2B auction platform. According to TBAuctions, around 46,000 sellers and 700,000 bidders use its platforms every year, with assets resold across 30 countries (fiscal year 2025, source: tbauctions.com).

FAQ

Q: How do my sold lots get into Wuunder?

A: Automatically. Wuunder imports every lot Troostwijk sets ready for processing as an order, through a direct connection with the auction platform. No exports or uploads needed.

Q: Can my buyer see where their lot is?

A: Yes. Once you book, Wuunder sends the tracking back to Troostwijk and the lot status updates. You follow every shipment in MyWuunder.

Q: Do I need a webshop?

A: No. The integration links your Wuunder account directly to your Troostwijk seller account. Contact our team to set it up.

Q: Which carriers can I use?

A: Any of the carriers available in Wuunder on your own contract. Want to weigh up the options first? Try the shipping cost comparison.

Q: How do I handle hundreds of lots once an auction closes?

A: Filter on Troostwijk, bulk-book everything and print all pending labels and packing slips in one click. Then pack lot by lot with Scan & Print, see our shipping label guide.

Q: Will the carrier collect my lots?

A: If you want them to. Without a regular pickup round, the pickup request goes to the carrier together with your booking (where the carrier offers ad-hoc pickups, see carriers); small lots you can hand in yourself as drop-off.

Q: Do my buyers get tracking emails from me?

A: Yes, in your own branding and language, and you can block the carrier's standard emails. More on Wuunder Track.

Q: Is this the same as the old BVA integration?

A: Yes. Wuunder already connected with BVA Auctions. After the 2018 merger with Troostwijk, BVA was folded into Troostwijk Auctions and the integration simply carried on. Already using it? Nothing changes; not sure, contact our team.

Q: Does the integration work for delivery auctions?

A: Yes, that's exactly what it's built for: you ship the lots and the buyer follows them on Troostwijk. If the auction details list no delivery term, Troostwijk applies 14 days after payment, so pick a matching service from your carriers.

Q: What does the Troostwijk integration cost?

A: The integration is part of the Wuunder plan you choose. See what each plan costs and includes on our pricing page.

Q: Can I ship pallets too?

A: Yes, as well as parcels you can book pallet and freight shipments with your own carriers.

Q: Can I connect other sales channels besides Troostwijk?

A: Yes. Alongside Troostwijk you can connect your webshop, for example Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Lightspeed, and with systems such as Odoo. Running something else? Use the API or browse all integrations.

Q: What if a lot doesn't show up in Wuunder?

A: Wuunder only imports lots that are ready for processing at Troostwijk. If a lot is ready there but doesn't come through, get in touch with our support team.
