How does parcel shop delivery work with Wuunder?
In your webshop checkout:
- Activate the Wuunder Parcel Shop Locator in your checkout (available for Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, Magento, Shopware and via our checkout API).
- During checkout, we display the nearest parcel points and their opening hours on an interactive map.
- Your customer selects their preferred pickup point on the interactive map.
- The shipment is automatically booked with the correct carrier using the parcel shop address as the delivery address.
- Your customer receives a notification as soon as the parcel is ready for collection.
Via MyWuunder:
Book a shipment directly to a parcel shop by selecting the pickup point when creating your shipment in MyWuunder. This works for both domestic and international shipments.

A: Yes. All carriers listed above support return labels that allow your customer to drop off their parcel at a parcel shop. Some carriers even send QR codes by email so your customer doesn't need a printer.
