- Self-delivery (by you or your customer for returns) to a Post Office or Bpost Parcel Shop.
- Nationwide delivery in Belgium to business or residential addresses, from Tuesday to Friday.
- Fully traceable via track-and-trace.
- Maximum weight: 30 kg per parcel.
- Minimum dimensions 15 x 11 x 10 cm and maximum 100 x 70 x 60 cm per parcel.
- Maximum girth (1x length plus 2x width plus 2x height) of 300 cm.
- Transport conditions in accordance with CMR regulations.

Q: Can I use my own Bpost contract?
A: Yes. Activate your Bpost contract and you see your own rates per service. Bpost is only available with your own contract; Resell rates are not possible. Don't have your own contract? You can use PostNL, DHL or DPD via Resell from the Netherlands. Within Belgium there are no Resell partners.
Q: Can I combine Bpost with other carriers?
A: Yes. Add Bpost in Wuunder alongside PostNL, DHL, DPD and more. Your shipping rules automatically assign the right service per order. Bpost for Belgium, PostNL for the Netherlands, DHL/DPD for Germany, etc.
Q: Can I show Bpost rates in my checkout?
A: Yes. Wuunder Checkout displays real-time Bpost rates and delivery times. Your customer sees the total price at checkout and can choose between home delivery, a service point or Bbox locker.
Q: How does delivery to a Bbox locker work?
A: Bpost delivers the parcel to a Bbox parcel locker of the recipient's choice. The customer receives a code to open the locker, available 24/7. Via the Wuunder Parcel Shop Locator, your customer selects the nearest Bbox already at checkout.
Q: Does Bpost deliver on Saturdays?
A: Yes. Bpost delivers on Saturdays to residential addresses in Belgium via the bPack 24h Pro service, without extra surcharge.
Q: How do returns via Bpost work?
A: Via Bpost ERS (Easy Return Service), your customers drop off return parcels at any Bpost service point or Bbox locker in Belgium. Via Wuunder Returns, you offer a branded returns portal and the option to exchange instead of return.
Q: Can I send mailbox parcels via Bpost?
A: Yes. With bpack Mailbox you send small shipments (max. 3 kg, 32 x 24 x 3 cm) via the letterbox. Ideal for products that don't require a signature.
Q: Can I use Bpost in combination with PuzzlPack?
