GSD Auctions integration: orders imported automatically
At GSD Auctions, almost every lot is delivered to the buyer's door. For you as a seller, that means finding the item in your warehouse, packing it and arranging the right delivery for every buyer. With the API integration, orders from the GSD platform are imported automatically into your own Wuunder account, lot number and stock location included. You pack, Wuunder handles the rest.
How a GSD order reaches you
As soon as a buyer has paid, the GSD Auctions platform sends the order to Wuunder through the API. No exports, no uploads.
The GSD platform: The auction environment where you list your lots and where the buyer picks a delivery option.
Your Wuunder account: Every seller has their own account, linked to GSD with a personal API key. Your shipments, settings and contracts stay yours.
MyWuunder: Where you see every incoming order, label and shipment status.
The buyer's delivery choice sets the service
A set of glasses ships differently from a wardrobe. On GSD, the buyer chooses how their lot is delivered, and that choice travels with the order. Import rules in your account link each delivery choice to the service you want to use for it.
| Delivery choice in the auction | What Wuunder does |
|---|---|
| Parcel or postal delivery | Automatically books your transport service for small lots |
| Courier | Books the service you've set up for large or heavy lots |
| No weight or dimensions sent | Fills in the default settings from your account |
We set up the import rules together when you get started. After that, you can change them in MyWuunder whenever you like.
Large lots too
Link the "courier" delivery choice to a pallet or two-person service, for example. A wardrobe or machine then automatically ships with the right transport. More on shipping furniture and bulky goods.
Book straight away or check first
With import rules, every GSD order is booked automatically the moment it arrives. Want to see what comes in first? The orders then wait in MyWuunder: check them, edit where needed and book them all in one go.
Lot number and stock location on the packing slip
After an auction, dozens of lots are spread across your warehouse. That's why the GSD platform adds the lot number and stock location to the order line description, and Wuunder prints that description on the packing slip.
Your own carriers, your own terms
Sellers on GSD Auctions ship on their own terms. Already have a contract directly with a carrier? Book through Wuunder at your own transport rates, in the country you ship from and across Europe. You choose: Wuunder's preset rates, or your own personal rates. With personal rates you see what you agreed with the carrier for every shipment and can easily check your invoice. Worth it, as 2 to 5% of carrier invoices contain errors.
Want to compare options per lot? Use shipping cost comparison or browse all carriers.
No trips to the service point
An auction week quickly turns into stacks of boxes. Without a regular pickup arrangement, Wuunder automatically requests a pickup with every booking, for carriers that support it. Already have a carrier coming by on fixed days? Wuunder fits in with that and no extra trip is booked.
Rather hand in small lots yourself? Book them as drop-off and nothing is requested. Each carrier page shows who offers ad-hoc pickups.

Status updates flow back to GSD
Every GSD order comes with a webhook. Wuunder sends the shipment updates there, so the platform knows your lot is on its way. No copying tracking codes or emailing them by hand.
Want to keep buyers posted yourself as well? With Wuunder Track you send tracking emails in your own style, cutting "where's my parcel?" questions by up to 70%.
Handy in a busy auction week: block the carrier's emails and the buyer only gets a message once their lot is really on its way. Print labels today for lots you'll ship in a few days, without worried buyers.
Several companies, separate accounts
Selling through GSD Auctions with more than one company or trade name? Each company gets its own Wuunder account and API key. Shipments, invoices and settings stay separate per company, while every order still comes from the same auction platform.
About GSD Auctions
GSD Auctions is an online auction platform for consumer and business goods. According to GSD, almost all lots from its online auctions are delivered to the buyer's home as standard, in the Netherlands and Belgium (source: gsd-auctions.nl). Wuunder and GSD have worked together for years: the API integration has been running since 2023.
Getting started as a GSD Auctions seller
Getting connected takes five steps, and we do most of them together.
Step 1: Get in touch. Contact us and let us know you sell through GSD Auctions.
Step 2: Your account. We create your MyWuunder account and set up your carriers and default settings.
Step 3: Connect. Your API key is passed on to GSD, so orders arrive in your own account.
Step 4: Import rules and first shipment. Together we link the delivery choices to your services and check the first shipment.
Step 5: Demo. A short demo shows you how to manage orders, labels and shipments in MyWuunder.
