Picqer integration: automatic shipping labels and commercial invoices
Picqer runs your stock, pick lists and packing. Wuunder takes over the moment the box is sealed: label, carrier, tracking and, for non-EU shipments, a commercial invoice created fully automatically.
With the direct integration, your team creates a pre-registered shipping label in Picqer with one click, while Wuunder picks the cheapest, fastest or most efficient option from all your carriers' services for every shipment. Prefer a specific service? You can choose that too. No carrier rules to maintain, no copying data, no second screen at the packing station.
Live in 3 steps
The integration is built into Picqer, so there's nothing to install or develop.
1. Add Wuunder
In Picqer, go to Settings, Shipping providers and select Wuunder from the list.
2. API key and shipping profile
Enter your Wuunder API key and create a shipping profile with your sender details and the service you want, or let Wuunder decide with any:cheapest.
3. Test order
Process one test order, label included. All good? Your warehouse can start right away.
What the integration handles at the packing station
Picqer and Wuunder talk to each other directly, without exports or manual steps in between. Here's what happens with every order your team packs:
| Step | What happens | Where you set it up |
|---|---|---|
| Shipping label | One click from the pick list, pre-registered with the carrier | Picqer |
| Commercial invoice | Created fully automatically for non-EU shipments and returned to Picqer together with the label | Automatic, based on your product data |
| Carrier selection | A fixed service, or automatically the cheapest, fastest or most efficient option | Shipping profile in Picqer |
| Multi-parcel orders | One or more labels per order | Shipping profile in Picqer |
| Tracking | Tracking number flows back into Picqer | Automatic |
| Parcels and pallets | Through every carrier in your Wuunder account | MyWuunder |
Fully automatic commercial invoices for cross-border shipping
For every product, Picqer passes on the HS code, country of origin, value and weight. Wuunder turns that into the commercial invoice fully automatically and sends it back to Picqer together with the label. No hunting for a separate document in another system and no retyping: label and invoice come out of the same print job. Wuunder also passes the same product data on to the carrier, which uses it for the ICS2 declaration. Enter your VAT and EORI numbers once in the shipping profile and they're included on every shipment from then on.
Worth knowing: Wuunder uses the HS codes exactly as they appear in your product data, so keep them accurate. For destinations outside the EU, such as the UK, Switzerland or overseas, you can choose carriers like UPS and DHL Express.

One shipping profile instead of a rulebook
Most shipping software asks you to build rules: if the weight is this and the destination is that, use this carrier. Every new carrier, rate change or surcharge means editing those rules again. With Wuunder in Picqer, you decide per shipping profile how much the system decides for you.
A fixed carrier or service
Some orders should always go the same way, for example a business delivery with DPD Business service. Enter that service as the filter name in the profile, and use Picqer's own rules to match the profile to the right orders.
Let Wuunder decide
Enter any:cheapest, any:fastest or any:most_efficient and Wuunder compares every active carrier and service in your account at the moment of booking, your own contracts included, alongside Resell rates where available. Adding a carrier later? It joins the comparison automatically, nothing to change in Picqer.
Shipping rules or Wuunder: what changes day to day?
The difference doesn't show in week one. It shows in everything that changes after that.
| Situation | Rule-based shipping software | Wuunder module in Picqer |
|---|---|---|
| Adding a carrier | Edit existing rules or write new ones | Joins the comparison automatically |
| Carrier changes its rates | Recalculate your rules | Wuunder uses the current rates for every shipment |
| Surcharges | Often left out of the decision | Virtually all surcharges are part of the comparison |
| New country or parcel size | An extra rule for every combination | No extra setup needed |
| Maintenance | Ongoing, by your own team | One shipping profile, nothing else |
From pick list to doorstep
Step 1: The order arrives. Your webshop sends it to Picqer, exactly as it does today.
Step 2: Pick and pack. Your team works through the pick list and selects the shipping method, or lets a Picqer rule select it.
Step 3: Wuunder books. The label is pre-registered with the chosen carrier. For non-EU shipments, Wuunder also creates the commercial invoice automatically and returns it to Picqer together with the label.
Step 4: Print and hand over. Label and commercial invoice are ready in Picqer, so your team prints both in one go at the packing station.
Step 5: Track. The tracking number is added to the order in Picqer, and Wuunder Track keeps your recipient informed along the way.
One shipping provider in Picqer, from letterbox parcel to pallet
Many warehouses add a second shipping provider in Picqer as soon as pallets come into play. With Wuunder there's no need: letterbox parcels, parcels and pallets all run through the same integration.
Parcels
Use the carrier contracts you already have, for example with GLS, UPS or DPD, across the countries you ship from. Where available, preset carrier rates through our Resell partners are an option too, so you can start without personal rates.
Pallets and groupage
Larger orders go on a pallet in the same system, with carriers such as DSV, TransMission and Ben Becker. Set up a separate shipping profile and your warehouse prints a pallet label as easily as a parcel label. Read more about pallet shipping.
A carrier contract is signed directly with the carrier. Don't have one yet? Contact our team and we'll look at what fits.
Multiple locations, brands or clients
What Wuunder adds on top
Issues handled before your customer asks
Wuunder Track sends your recipients tracking updates in your own branding and automatically follows up with the recipient, carrier and sender when a shipment runs into trouble. That means up to 70% fewer WISMO questions for your customer service team.
Returns in the same overview
Orders shipped through Picqer work with Wuunder Returns too, so your customers get a branded returns portal and you see outbound and return shipments in one place.

A: In Picqer, go to Settings, Shipping providers, add Wuunder and enter your API key. Then create a shipping profile, as described step by step in Picqer's setup guide.
Q: Does Wuunder create the commercial invoice automatically?
A: Yes, fully automatically from the HS codes, values and origin data in Picqer, and it's returned with the label so you print both straight from Picqer. Just add your VAT and EORI numbers to the shipping profile.

A: No. Put any:cheapest, any:fastest or any:most_efficient in your shipping profile and Wuunder selects the best service from all your carriers for each shipment.

A: Yes. Contracts you've signed directly with carriers sit in your Wuunder account and work straight away in Picqer, next to any pallet carriers you use.
Q: What does the Picqer integration cost?
A: Nothing extra: you only pay Wuunder the monthly fee plus a fee per label. See which plan fits your volume on the pricing page.
Q: Can I ship pallets from Picqer too?
A: Yes. With a separate shipping profile you book pallets with carriers such as DSV and TransMission, see pallet shipping.
Q: Can I create several labels for one order?
