Q: What are the 120,000+ preconfigured services?
A: Our "ratesheet" contains all services from all connected carriers, complete with transit times, collection and delivery days, options such as insurance, parcel shop/locker delivery, home delivery, business delivery and more. This is available out of the box from day one. We keep track when carriers make changes. This means you don't have to enter your own rates and can get started faster. Of course, you can also use your own shipping rates.
Q: Do I need my own carrier contract?
A: No. You can connect your own contract, but it's not required. Via our resell partner you ship directly at competitive rates, without your own contract. Our partner invoices a monthly fee and you only pay for what you ship.
Q: What is GreenChoice and how does it work?
A: GreenChoice is our smart carrier selection that automatically chooses the best carrier and the optimal delivery moment at a time when the carrier is already in the street. 88% of consumers opt for it. The result: 20% fewer delivery vans on the road and 7.5% less CO₂.
Q: What is the cheapest carrier for parcels to Germany?
A: That depends on factors such as weight, dimensions and the delivery location, such as parcel shop, residential or business address. Via Wuunder you compare rates from connected carriers like DHL eCommerce, DPD, GLS and UPS in real time and easily choose the cheapest or fastest service.
Q: How do I connect PostNL to my Shopify webshop?
A: Install the Wuunder app in Shopify, you'll need your PostNL contract number and a few credentials (or opt for rates via the resell partner) and you're live.
Q: DHL or DPD: which carrier is cheapest?
A: Within the Netherlands both are next-day. Via our PuzzlPack solution we calculate per order which packaging sizes the different items can be packed in. Then we work out the cheapest option across all possibilities. We compare all different carriers and take into account factors such as S, M, XL dimensions and surcharges above 20 kg, customs and peak surcharges, etc.
Q: Sending a parcel to the UK after Brexit?
A: Wuunder automatically generates the required customs documents (CN23/commercial invoice). You can ship to the UK via virtually all parcel and express carriers. Some carriers support paperless customs. This saves time as you don't need to attach the commercial invoice to the shipment in your warehouse.
Q: What does Wuunder cost?
