Pickups and buyer updates, no phone calls
After an auction you don't want trips to the service point or emails from buyers asking where their lot is.
Pickups requested automatically
Without a regular pickup arrangement, Wuunder lines up a pickup request with every booking, for carriers that support it. Already have a carrier coming by on fixed days? Then no extra trip is requested.
Tracking emails from you
Buyers get emails in your own branding and language. Block the carrier's emails and the first message only goes out when the lot leaves, so you can create labels well in advance without buyer questions. With Wuunder Track, you get up to 70% fewer "where's my parcel?" questions.
Valuable lots secured, invoices under control
A watch or a machine worth a few thousand euros shouldn't just be left on a doorstep.
Extra protection per shipment
Add extra insurance to valuable lots, or deliver with ID verification: the courier checks the buyer's ID before handing over the lot. Parcel shop pickup works too, so nothing is left unattended at the door.
Carrier invoices that add up
After an auction week with hundreds of shipments, you won't check every invoice line by hand. Yet 2 to 5% of carrier invoices contain errors (Wuunder data). Your platform doesn't need to handle labels or carriers: sold lots go straight to each seller's Wuunder account, and the seller ships with their own carriers.
